Amber Foods has the best tasting hand cut fresh fruit salad in the foodservice industry. I sampled the Luau fruit salad at a distributors foodshow and could not believe that it was from a manufacturer and not cut that same day by the corporate chef. This item should be used by any school, hospital or restaurant that wants a fresh cut fruit salad without having to wait for the fruit to ripen.
Highly recommended because their fresh fruit salad is great.
