The healing by heart day retreat run by Amber was relaxing and rejuvenating. Amber has a calm and gentle approach that facilities beautiful energy for her slow flow, yin and sound healing practices. The venue and food supported a healing day.

The indulgent face and body ritual was 90 minutes of complete bliss - full body massage combined with an organic facial which left my skin looking and feeling incredible.
