After visiting several tile stores, meeting Jeff at Amber was a breath of fresh air. He was extremely experienced and knowledgeable and gave great advice that we continue to appreciate more than half a year after the pavers have been laid.
After sales service experience was poor. No updates or confirmation. Called to double confirm pickup but was left disappointed. Poorly managed centre with minimal staff collaboration resulting in poor customer outcomes.
