Looks like these guys went out of business. Phone is a fast busy all the time, they took down their Facebook page, and won't respond to any requests no matter the medium. I had my solar system installed by these guys and I'm completely disappointed. There was no notification that they were going out of business or instructions on where or how to get warranty support for our solution systems. Just like when they installed my system, these guys have a real problem with communication & actually taking care of their customers.
The solar panel installed are running but now they don't answer anymore cause their business filed for bankruptcy
Fantastic company! They were easy to get a hold of, worked quickly, installed the panels well, and I can already see a difference in my bill
Our solar is now online and generating! There were some initial hiccups in the timing of installation and changes to the location, but the company reps, particularly the owners, went out of their way to address the issues and complete the project. They even absorbed additional expenses incurred as a result of the change of location and need for structural engineering, permits and construction. I have no qualms recommending Ambassador- and just wish we had installed solar sooner. Be sure to ask about the HERO program.
I interviewed eight solar companies and spent countless hours researching solar power before I chose Ambassador Energy to install my project. Among my many reasons for going with Ambassador: They took the time to answer all of my (silly) questions & educated me about solar, and in the end they had the best price and reputation.
