Would not recommend this notary for anyone. They are not helpful. My broker contacted them to advise that I would require their assistance with a refinance. Two days after he sent them the information, I contacted them and was told; "oh, I haven't opened the file yet". I got that ball rolling. Then my broker advised that all of the paperwork had been sent to them, again, I had to contact them to get that ball rolling.
