Great experience with advice from staff and purchasing my entry level mountain bike.
I was shopping for a basic helmet for mostly city trail biking and I appreciated that the person who helped me took the time to listen to my needs in order to recommend a suitable product. They did not try to upsell me and explained why the helmet they recommended would meet my needs. They also offered the option to order it in another colour that I preferred to what was in stock. I appreciated that even though I am not a super serious biker I was still given good service!
One of the best (if not the best) bike shop in Windsor. I bought a bike that ended up being too big for me, but Craig and his team kindly adjusted the stem and saddle free of charge. Excellent service and truly appreciated!
The knowledgeable staff made my buying experience quick and easy.
