I came here to buy a new bike and it was amazing. The huge selection of bikes and the service is the best here. Craig was really helpful when i was curious about anything. He answered all my questions with detail and gave me suggestions for my price range and what im looking for. 100/10 would def recommend.
I had a very disappointing experience at Ambassador Bicycles in Windsor. The owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional, refusing to honor the commitment made by his own staff regarding the installation of a bike rack and other accessories. When I initially spoke with one of the employees, they assured me that installation would be taken care of as part of my purchase. The guy on the phone hung up on me when I asked him if they delivered to Quebec
I wanted to bring my bike there. But seen a sign saying they only service what they sell. No bike repair places in West Windsor now. I dunno how they want us to ride bikes but can't get them repaired locally. I sure miss Courtesy Bicycle that used to be on Sandwich Street. I got a response but it doesn't help when you take the city bus there (to Ambassador Bicycles) and have to lug my bike elsewhere in the city that isn't even close to where I live. Only work on bikes they sell. Not giving 0 stars cause they were polite about it but I don't find it a bit of an odd policy that a bike store refuses to work on a bike you didn't buy from them no matter what.
