Very positive experience with Craig purchasing my new E bike at Ambassador bikes. I was apprehensive about purchasing an E bike and thought to myself, I won’t buy one unless I test drive it. Craig immediately suggested that I take it outside and go for a ride. I was sold on the spot. Craig definitely has the right personality to be a sales consultant! Don’t forget to ask about the maintenance package that is included when you purchase for one year. Already enjoying multiple rides!
Better service this time than last time I went even that they didn't have the part that I wanted or needed I only waited 7 to 8 minutes to get any help or acknowledgment which is a lot better than last time just a simple I'll be right with you if you're busy leads to better customer service.
Great customer service. Fixed a minor problem with my new bike, no charge. Under warranty. And hassle free. They know bikes and care about customer satisfaction.
