Putting a loved one in a care home can be a worry. The level of care and professionalism of the staff at The Ambassador quickly put our minds at rest. We found that the home also has a very high reputation amongst members of the caring community within the Fylde as well as the NHS. Safety and care for the residents is paramount and in this period with Covid 19 the staff have excelled in keeping their guests in good health and infection free. We cannot thank and praise the staff of The Ambassador enough.

The Ambassador is such a beautiful home. The staff are great and incredibly passionate. Any worries about putting your loved ones into the care sector can be settled with chatting to the highly train management team.

Has fluctuating staff issues like most care homes, staff morale can be shaky as a consequence as it makes it more difficult for them to put their heart in to unstable employment. As an additional note, I find it a bit odd that David Would leave a five star review for his own business, not exactly an unbiased opinion ?

I visit The Ambassador regularly, providing sensory reminiscence sessions and I am always impressed by the care of the staff and the relationships they have with their residents.
