The worst service!! Already complaint to insurance. Patients are people, not just for money making!
Using ambar for the First time Today they came 30 mins early which is not bad. But atleast call and notify ppl that ur gonna be early or on the way Not just show up and say im here. Also. When time to get picked up. I was told 10 mins a driver will come. 30 mins Passed. I called they told me the person canceled the trip. A call would be nice. Horrid car service. I'm living in flatbrush and they refuse to send a driver to me, even though they've had weeks in advance to schedule a driver. Don't bother.
Left stranded in the freezing cold where they never informed patient that driver was no show. Update: They clearly lie in their responses as well.
