i assure you this is the most incompetent transportation service MAS offers. Incredibly dishonest and tried their best to not accommodate a confirmed appointment for an old lady.
Please read: If you were confirmed for a ride that never came to pick you up/ drop you off make sure to call MAS or your insurance and notify them because these companies make money off YOU! so even if they don’t pick you up they are getting the money unless you notify MAS/INSURANCE. Patient was confirmed for a ride but when it’s time for pickup they say they are trying to find drivers and leaves elderly patients waiting outside after a surgery stranded for over an hour in 90 degree heat. The worst service!! Already complaint to insurance. Patients are people, not just for money making!
Using ambar for the First time Today they came 30 mins early which is not bad. But atleast call and notify ppl that ur gonna be early or on the way Not just show up and say im here. Also. When time to get picked up. I was told 10 mins a driver will come. 30 mins Passed. I called they told me the person canceled the trip. A call would be nice. Horrid car service. I'm living in flatbrush and they refuse to send a driver to me, even though they've had weeks in advance to schedule a driver. Don't bother.
