Booked a couples massage for myself and my husband, we entered the spa from a back stairwell which we didn’t realize, so the receptionist got mad at us for being there early as “we don’t open until 10!” Even though we were asked to come 15 mins early to fill out paperwork. There was people waiting on the other side of the main door and again the receptionist was complaining that people were there early. Wonderful massage and an excellent spa. Very relaxing!
Bonnie gave a great massage, as previous comments have noted the robes need to be upgraded, mine had a hole in mine and it felt like it has been washed a thousand times. Overall, it was a good experience.
I love deerhurst spa. Ana is the best. She is always friendly and accommodating. She treats me well and I look forward to every visit with her. I highly recommend going to see her. They have nice soft robes and provide me with everything I need.
