Had a facial the other day. Susannah did an excellent job. I was trained as an esthetician years ago and know a good facial massage when I get one. This one was excellent. T/u Susannah for the relaxing, pleasant experience!
Great staff and location, had a fantastic treatment and a relaxing steam. I highly recommend
I surprised my husband for his birthday with a visit to the spa. He was a good sport about letting me blindfold him from the minute we got in the car. We had a couples pedicure and manicure and, although he doesn’t like people touching his feet, he loved it! Manon and Shannon were wonderful and he is now hooked! The ladies were very professional and the atmosphere is relaxing and it was hard to leave!
Staff and RMT's were very friendly and professional, however the spa and facilities are lackluster considering the Deerhurst Resort branding. Facilities looked tired, run-down and overall cheap. Something I'd expect in the run of the mill strip-mall spa. If your comparing it to something like Scandinave , or any other proper spa, its a far cry from it. The RMT's were okay. I've definitely had a better massage though
I recently booked a massage to help with pain from a minor injury. My therapist put me at ease with his techniques which were the perfect amount of pressure combined with very professional draping and his soothing tone of voice suggesting that I add stretching daily. Within minutes I felt so relaxed and comfortable! He also encouraged me to breathe through any sore spots he was working on which really helped. Afterwards I felt in a dream like state, I definitely recommend Nick for RMT massage!
