My husband and I booked two separate massages. Requested a female and male. As paying customers I would hope this would be followed it was not. My husband did not feel comfortable enough to speak up and continued the massage and hated it. Paper billing at a resort spa. Terrible idea, when asked to have it emailed they said they dont. I highly recommend Susanna. My husband bought me a spa package for my birthday that included a body scrub, paraffin treatment for hands and feet, a facial and a relaxation massage. She was lovely to work with. I requested unscented products and she went above and beyond to use products that were mild and gentle. I felt safe with her and relaxed. Will definitely go back to her when I get the chance! Thanks again for making me glow and for such a wonderful experience Susanna!
Reasonably priced … HOWEVER FILTHY ‼ Hair in the drains, toilets unsanitary … I will NEVER return. Nor would I recommend this place to anyone!!! Now Vett Spa I would definitely recommend, so many different spa treatments from hot to cold water … that’s an excellent experience!
Today I had the best massage! Worth the drive to Huntsville… Aron Schneider Was attentive, comprehensive, and intuitive. There is so much healing in his hands and attention to Detail. Thanks for doing the work you do!
Susie's hands on skill and professionalism on what she does are excellent. Client-centered attitude such as listening detailed points and checking her pressure frequently are impressive. Thank you Susie, you made my Summer vacation triple happy!
