After a long journey of searching for a good massage, I finally found the right one. I stand on my feet for 8-12 hours a day as a sheet metal journeyman. I fabricate huge commercial ductwork for HVAC units. At the end of the day just about everything hurts. My hamstrings, neck, shoulders, and back are the worse.
