Worked with Amazon Growth Lab and came away impressed. They have a real understanding of where Amazon is heading with Rufus and COSMO, which many firms still seem to overlook. A lot of agencies are still relying on the same old playbook, but Amazon Growth Lab clearly sees how product discovery is changing and is adapting accordingly. It feels like a team that is paying attention to where the platform is going, not just where it has been.
