I am in Melbourne and in need of an urgent hand writing assessment. Deb could not help me enough and bent over backwards to assist even though she knew I was ringing around in Melbourne and was only considering diving to Geelong as a last resort. I did find someone in Melbourne so I never got to experience their clinic experience but outstanding customer care with the emphasis on care. Deb deserves a medal and a raise.
My son has been going here for a few years. Naomi is fantastic with Leopold, he has made great progress. Communication about appointments is always top notch.
Booked in and paid for extensive child assessment, then waited 6 months for next assessment at childs school, only to be told on following up, that the person left the company and no-one had taken over the client/actions.
Sophie is brilliant! Highly recommend!
