I placed a t-shirt order and received confirmation on June 2nd for my cheer team, clearly communicating that we needed the shirts by June 16th. I was reassured multiple times that the order would be completed and shipped in time, first by June 16th, then June 19th, yet here we are on June 24th, and I still have no shirts, no tracking number, and no proofs.
