Sadly, naive staff member interfered in family politics and applied for Public Guardianship which was then withdrawn too late. As a result, my Mum has been pushed to another care facility by the Public Guardian.
Staff are kind, caring, compassionate and treat my mum with dignity and respect.
Most of the staff are kind, caring, compassionate and treat my mum with dignity and respect. A minority however could do with further training in care management and bedside manner when working with high care residents and emotional families. As I said most are amazing. It is only a small minority that leave me cringing with their actions in care management and compassionate bedside manner. Horrible staff and dirty facility… faults and lack of staff every where you turn. Full of back-stabbing bullies throughout the workplace, high staff turn overs as they all leave from the bullying. I’m surprised it hasn’t been closed down by now.
