Amaroo provided quality care for my mother. The staff, from the manager down, were friendly, cooperative and went out of their way to make sure mum was happy and received the best care possible. Mum’s room was spacious and the food was of good quality. If mum didn’t fancy what was on the menu then there was always someone ready to make her what she liked. Says call for emergency respite care. Yes it's 6pm but it says to call just got a nurse (he was lovely) but no admin staff so have to try tomorrow which is a Saturday so who knows and im desperate
Sadly, naive staff member interfered in family politics and applied for Public Guardianship which was then withdrawn too late. As a result, my Mum has been pushed to another care facility by the Public Guardian.
Staff are kind, caring, compassionate and treat my mum with dignity and respect.
