I cannot recommend Dr Zara highly enough. Her knowledge of the human anatomy is truly exceptional. With just a simple assessment—looking, feeling, and understanding how the body moves—she was able to pinpoint the exact root cause of my pain and stiffness. I really want to recommend this wellness place, I was looking to have a massive stress release as I have had experienced CPTSD - 1.
