I visited Amara Wellness Centre with multiple back issues, including a bulging disc and severe L2 post-epidural injection pain. Dr. Zara has helped me with my shoulder injury and also recommended some supplements to improve my gut health. My skin has improved so much, even with my hormonal acne, also my premenstrual syndrome isn’t as bad anymore. I feel more energetic and less bloated. Totally recommended. I had my first lipomassage treatment today and I have to say it was simply great. Dr Zara's professional knowledge along with the warm , welcoming and clean environment contributed to make the whole experience very pleasant. Can't wait to do my second session 👍
