Cindy is such a compassionate and talented myofascial therapist. She really took the time to listen to learn about the areas of discomfort I was having and with such gentleness worked with my body and guided me to allow the muscles and tension to release. She is so patient and compassionate. She is also a wealth of knowledge when understanding the body.
Cindy has been an amazing resource and clearly has a gift in understanding the fascia and how to help relieve pain within the body. I have been struggling with headaches for years and have been able to fix some of them, but one had remained. With one session Cindy was able to relieve the tight fascia causing the tension. I can't say enough about how this therapy has helped.
