Absolutely stunning store! This has to be one of the most beautiful homeware stores I have ever visited. They have the most stunning, unique pieces — things you simply can’t find anywhere else. Every detail in the store is beautifully curated, and you can tell so much thought and passion has gone into creating such a special space. Horrible customer service. This is the store that we had the worst experience in Berry. The lady with dark hair was questioning our friend that is shopping for an outfit and judging with looks, not sure if it is because our friend is Asian, rather than showing proper manners. We found the behaviour horrendous and not acceptable.
Sainte in Berry is definitely a high-end store. I loved their collection of jewellery, clothing and homewares everything is stylish and beautifully curated. However, the pricing is quite expensive. While my friends and I were browsing, we didn’t feel acknowledged by the staff, which was a little disappointing. Don't think I'm going here again. Still, it’s a lovely space to explore if you enjoy luxury pieces.
Horrible customer service.
The lady with black hair raised her voice and accused my partner of comparing prices online, which she wasn’t doing. Even if she had been, it would not have warranted such an escalation. We had only been in the shop for a few minutes and found her approach abrupt and uncalled for. We walked away feeling shocked and disrespected.
