BUYER BE AWARE 🚩 these sandals are hilariously priced as if they’re pair of channels yet no physical store or even a landline to call for customer service. They lost my sandals and refused to refund $460. Yes $460 for a pair of sandals. I’m currently in touch with my bank to get my money back and will file an official complaint as this is literally the definition of scamming. I will post this over and over again to make sure no one else has the same experience I had to go thru.
I bought sandals with the gold toe band. They were pretty, but so uncomfortable when walking. Amanu promptly switched the band to soft leather, really stood behind their product.
I bought sandals with the gold toe band. They’re so uncomfortable that my feet bleed. I need to switch the toe band. So far I have emailed customer service twice with no response. The phone number for the store in West Hollywood has been disconnected and the store is gone. There is apparently no way to reach Amanu. Sandals were expensive, and are unwearable. Beware, this is not a good company. Learn from mistake.
I love supporting small, female owned businesses, but customer service is just slow. I have been trying to create a return for over 48 hours and have received no response. Hopefully I don't get stuck with a pair of shoes that don't fit -- have never been adjusted per their policy -- and are well within the return window.
I ordered 2 pairs of sandals from Amanu studio online. The first pair, shown in the photo, should have never passed quality control. I talked to them, over FactTime and wrote a note, about this issue, and they were going to adjust the sandals, for a better fit, and replace the damaged sole. I sent the shoes back, they were adjusted but they adjusted the damaged shoe and never replaced it. So, they sent me a damaged shoe twice.
