STAY AWAY! Attorney Lorman was unprepared for the in person hearing on November 6, 2024. There are five separate clauses in their contract that were directly breached by the attorney. STAY AWAY! Attorney Lorman was unprepared for the in person hearing on November 6, 2024. There are five separate clauses in their contract that were directly breached by the attorney. Despite the documented negligence, this firm has refused to return the $10,000 retainer paid in October 2024. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this firm and all affiliates.
I haven't worked with this specific firm, but I worked with Patrick Lorman many years ago and he made me feel cared about, resolved my issue, responded quickly to questions, and was affordable.
UPDATE: Bill claims that I did not accept the economic realities of this case; however, in working with a new lawyer, I was able to obtain a settlement more than double what Bill said was possible, while paying less in lawyers fees (and having a much better experience).
