I experienced the sauna at Amani Nicol Wellness, and it was such a surprising and life-changing experience. Yes, I said life-changing! They are now at their new location, and it is phenomenally inviting and calming! I felt like I was at a mountain resort spa! The atmosphere is really relaxing, the owner is super sweet and knowledgeable, and I loved my first experience there! I would definitely go again because I left feeling rejuvenated and healed in a sense!
