I experienced the sauna at Amani Nicol Wellness, and it was such a surprising and life-changing experience. Yes, I said life-changing! I had been having some severe hot flashes, sweating profusely, and irritability. I was doubtful about getting into a sauna as I was already hot enough! They are now at their new location, and it is phenomenally inviting and calming! I felt like I was at a mountain resort spa! The atmosphere is really relaxing, the owner is super sweet and knowledgeable, and I loved my first experience there! I would definitely go again because I left feeling rejuvenated and healed in a sense!
I had a wonderful experience at Amani Nicol Wellness. It was my first time being on a vibration plate, receiving a foot detox bath, and a horizontal sauna. I will definitely do this again. The environment was clean, peaceful, and welcoming. If you are looking for unique self care, then treat yourself to a few hours at this spa. Also, the treatments have so many health benefits, so that's a plus.
