Amanda is such an amazing RMT. She is so knowledgeable and attentive to injuries and health maintenance. I have even sent my mom to see her, who also adores her visits! Thanks Amanda!
Amanda knows what she is doing. Provides relief if that is what is needed. I have been for specific area massages as well as a full body massage. She is amazing!

She can read your body like a book of braille, she does it so well she can immediately tell how you walk, sit, sleep, and what might be causing the physical issue and offer guidance on how to heal past just her treatment. I decided to switch things up from my regular massage services and give Amanda a try - ZERO regrets. I didn’t know what I was missing until I experienced her work techniques. I left her space feeling like a billion bucks!!
I highly recommend Amanda/Zen in the City, 10/10 without a doubt! What sets Amanda apart is their deep knowledge and passion for their craft. She is wildly intuitive and addresses areas/issues that always leave me feeling rejuvenated, with less tension and muscle pain.
