Poor and slow communication. Had to continue to bug her about getting photos to me. Paid for all digitals and then she didn’t just give them to me, she made me favorite every photo that I “wanted” and then sent them to me. Pictures were pretty decent, no blemish touch up on newborn photos..
All the communication through text was a little rough, and the booking process was a little hard to figure out. There is no clear list of her packages really anywhere. The day of our session, her replacement for the shop front was late, and even though we were 15 minutes early to our appointment, we were still 5-10 minutes late getting started.
