Dr. Mroczek is AWESOME, Her PA's are AWESOM - her care is outstanding - The back office is TERRIBLE.
Office is very hard to get in touch with. They use an answering service even when in office. You never get to speak to the Dr or their Nurse. Getting something as simple as a referral takes days to even acknowledge that you need one when they have a whole referral department that does just that. Also, Esther in the referral department is very curt. Basically said that it was my fault I had an HMO plan and went ahead and told me how I'm supposed to schedule my Dr appointments.
