Foster and Swift are the attorneys fighting the corrupt MPSC trying to give power back to communities and townships as they watch their land be destroyed by data centers, solar projects, battery plants etc. I applauded them for filling the leave for appeal in the Michigan Supreme Court. It’s been long overdue at this point.

We were assigned this firm by our insurance company . We didn’t choose them, they were chosen for us unfortunately. Without going into detail of our case, suffice to say, we were sued by someone who was injured because he failed to follow OSHA safety guidelines He then sued everyone he could regardless of our involvement..
