I was so impressed with my first visit with Amanda. I hadn’t experienced Craniosacral therapy before and will be visiting Amanda again. I have suffered neck tension and migraines for a long time, and Amanda’s gentle technique has made a very noticeable difference. I would describe the experience as an energetic release of built up tension.

I had the most beautiful healing craniosacral therapy with Amanda for neck & head pain / neck twitching. I really had no idea what to expect and was simply hoping for pain relief. Amanda’s gentle and nurturing energy made me feel calm and vulnerable to face and release some painful emotions that I now believe to be correlated to the physical pain I was experiencing. My neck and head pain has completely resolved! I absolutely recommend Amanda for anyone seeking to heal themselves on both a physical and emotional level

I had a remedial massage and cranial sacral therapy with Amanda, and it was absolutely divine. After the treatment I felt so much more space and release in the areas she worked on. Deeply relaxing and restorative - highly recommended!

I just had my first treatment with Amanda it was a wonderful experience. Amanda’s energy is beautiful and the bodywork was great, both the massage and cranial sacral treatment. The space is also lovely and with Kooksburras singing outside.

Amanda is a warm, inviting & calming presence when she welcomes you into the space and really takes the time to listen and get to know your reasons for seeking massage therapy. She is very intuitive in her provision of body work and really attunes to your bodies needs. I walked out feeling really tended to and nurtured. Highly recommend and will definitely be revisiting for more crainosacral therapy! Thank you Amanda!
