I was in Montefiore ( Burke rehabilitation ) and wanted that place because it was closer and laddies who answer the phone for aption 2 and 3 are so unprofessional and rude and don’t even answer the phone when I was calling 5 times to try to schedule my physical therapy . Therefore I’m happy taking my therapy somewhere else… complete a waste of time .. don’t waste yours neither. They think is a game 0 stars I called feb 4 between 10-am 10-25am like 10 times with no results. Completely waste of patients time…
