Friendly staff and surrounded by great environments
Not great, i hope my dad survives this transit facility. Clothes, lost, mislaid and destroyed, shrunk through laundry process. Solution borrow without permission other patients clothes, blankets causing disruption with those lucid enough to recognise. Compression stockings for legs two pairs lost early June. Highlighted to nurse, extensive search found one, used on worst leg. Nurse advised will order replacements, despite enquiring daily all that is being delivered is a myriad of excuses for nearly two weeks. Last three days... read more
After visiting family member at this facility I was disgusted. Dirty and run down. Residents just get stuck in front of tv. Very hard to communicate with staff as many do not speak English.
Had very bad experiences here with regard to my loved one's treatment. We were in tears when leaving this facility, Judgemental and dictatorial staff.
My partner was in this facility for 14 months and I could not fault the staff. They took very good care of him.
