Beautiful place but such horrible managers especially the big 1. Treating the team like they r beneath them.
Both my parents are at the Lake House but on different wards. The staff are so caring and kind to my parents and go out of there way to facilitate them seeing each other as neither are very mobile.
My mum goes to the day club Amana Living run during the week and I cannot sing their praises high enough! After mum's first day she immediately asked if she can go another day a week! Facilities are new,clean and modern. The staff are lovely, especially Louise. This was all possible by the help and support from the lovely mccusker nurse,Karen. Our family are very content knowing mum is so happy going and in safe hands :)
Did not have a good experience with my loved one here during their stay. Lots of politician type excuses rather than providing real care. Dictatorial attitudes. Very poor end of life care.
