I will be filing a formal complaint. Over two months, no card received in the mail. I live overseas and have to waste my international minutes to phone and get hung up on. Still, no card after 2 months. I was told the card would be reissued and would receive it at the correct address in 7-10 business days. It took 2 months to get a reply from their customer service. They told me they sent me a request for info. and since they didn't get a reply, voided the app. If they would of replied to my status request 2 months ago, they could have alerted me additional info. was needed. I'm glad I didn't get started with a bank with such poor standards and lack of follow thru. There's better banks out there..
