I would really like to be working with Amalgamated Bank; however, I haven't even been able to open a business checking account over the course of a week. I initially called on Thursday and spoke to a representative about a business banking account. Customer Service is the worst, I would suggest finding another bank. They do not respond to emails on a timely manner, and you can never call anyone on the phone. Their voice system reroutes you to a call center, which is useless. The worst bank in America.
I have been using this bank for years and have found everyone to be polite, professional and helpful. Yes, sometimes you have to wait a little while but I find that true of every bank.

Multiple times locked out of account. Multiple changes of personal info. It will work just after talking to customer service. But shortly thereafter it is back to same problem.
