I have been to this branch twice in an attempt to switch my substantial savings/checking accounts from my current bank to Amalgamated. I was not at all impressed with the look of this branch ... very dingy lighting and unkept-looking furnishings ... but I attempted to confer with a service rep anyway. I say "attempted" because she kept interrupting my questions with answers before I even got a chance to finish outlining my concerns. I gave up and just left.
