Love this bank. Quick service and very helpful. No waiting in long queue. One advantage is them not being popular among the general population and so the performance is great. There is no hidden fees and also there is no minimum balance required to maintain the account. I wish they had more banks like this.

I have been banking at this location for the past 5 years. The employees are courteous, well mannered, prompt, and conscientious. Always ready to assist.The location is accessible by both private and public transportation. It is clean and we'll kept. I would recommend this location to my family and friends. Upgraded ATM machines on premise

I find this bank hard to deal with. Always trouble with presenting your card at the atm machines. When trying to get get information over the phone they keep asking the same questions, and wind up not getting the information that you called for. When you mention it to the bank (Co Op City) branch they always claim they’re working on the problem, and this has been going on for years.
