I had a great experience with this bike shop. We flew into town for a month, and they got my road bike all tuned up and race-ready. They even hold a group ride on Saturday that I was able to join, which was really cool! Andrew, the owner, is super communicative, and the tune-ups are great. Highly recommend if you're looking to rent or get your bike worked on

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable
Horrible customer service. I rented multiple bikes and they would not help me lift them into the car. They also failed to tell me that purchasing the bike was the same cost as renting it for a week. That is something they should have mentioned when I was renting the bike. I suppose I should Have asked! Feels extremely slimy. Horribly rude woman who works the desk/owner telling me it’s not her job to inform me of my options.
