It’s been a year since we sold our dad’s house after his passing. Three months after the sell, I received documents regarding the property. I called the county to refer them to the new owners. A year later and I get a notice of supplemental assessment! This property was sold, recorded, etc and yet this office still cannot get this straight. To think part of the sell fees goes to pay for recording services to which this county failed to perform.
The head lady, Cher, is rude and condescending and acts inconvenienced to do her job.
It’s a pity that customer service isn’t a priority here anymore. There’s a way to word things to people vs talk down to them.
