I got a jacket made by Zerlina and it's PERFECT! She was so friendly and great to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and she kept me updated throughout the process. She matched it perfectly from a photo of a jacket I had years ago that I've looked for in the shops but couldn't find, and it turned out far better than I was hoping for. I couldn't recommend her more. Thank you Zerlina!

I have used AM PM Tailor years ago for custom dress and was always happy. Recently, I took my bridesmaids to get the dresses altered, as my custom order dress didn't come custom. I received my dress back and the workmanship was horrible, the stitching was terrible and coming away, there was even a pin left in the dress. I took the dress back to them to show them, which they told me it was normal. Was happy to pay the $65-$100 price range shown on their website. Was very unimpressed to be charged $132 - with a higher fee for all 4 of my items. They also didn’t mention they were going to remove all the buttonholes on my jacket cuff.
