I have used AM PM Tailor years ago for custom dress and was always happy. Recently, I took my bridesmaids to get the dresses altered, as my custom order dress didn't come custom. I received my dress back and the workmanship was horrible, the stitching was terrible and coming away, there was even a pin left in the dress. I took the dress back to them to show them, which they told me it was normal. Best tailor with honest pricing
Was happy to pay the $65-$100 price range shown on their website. Was very unimpressed to be charged $132 - with a higher fee for all 4 of my items. They also didn’t mention they were going to remove all the buttonholes on my jacket cuff.
Got a ball gowns hemed and added extra in the back, they did a wonderful job, on the dress and received best dressed, on Prom night,
Zerlina made a magnificent ball dress for my daughters year 12 ball on a tight timeframe…..she was able to pull together a design that captured the elements she liked but in a beautiful whole design that made my daughter feel beautiful. Thank you 🙏
