I want to share this as a genuine health concern, not to criticize. I took photos of the spouts that are supposed to be used versus what is currently being used. I brought this to the attention of both the owner and employees, but nothing changed. The spout they are using is designed for Concentrated creamer, which can safely sit on the counter without ice. Normally I wouldn't have left a review because I really enjoy the family. But when I bought my issue to the owners about the creamer it seemed like they didn't care... almost robotic! (They had a dirty creamer spout , and I asked since they were at the very end of the creamer , if they could replace the creamer and clean the spout , they said no , which I innerstand but it was at the very end of the creamer container.
