I had a referral with my labs and office notes sent to your group over 2 weeks ago (also note my insurance doesn’t require the referral, your office just insists on one for whatever reason), I have called 3 times to schedule and you guys keep saying you have the docs but need to upload them into a chart. It honestly feels like that shouldn’t take 2 weeks to do and you’d rather screw around and ignore patients that are trying to be proactive with their healthcare.
