I waited for a month to get an appointment at any location in the greater Phoenix area where I could meet them in person. They called me a week before my appointment to say that the representative would be working remotely that day, (code for working from home in their PJ's), and wanted to change to a virtual visit. The next available in person appointment would be in September. Jessica Wotruba has been so amazing as a Nutritionist for me. She gives the information I need to hear in a way that doesn't make me feel guilt or shame, but makes me feel empowered to take control of my own decisions with my health. What a wonderful experience working with AM Nutrition Services, Emily Ortiz, MS RD! She is professional, knowledgeable and delightful to work with. I had a referral with my labs and office notes sent to your group over 2 weeks ago (also note my insurance doesn’t require the referral, your office just insists on one for whatever reason), I have called 3 times to schedule and you guys keep saying you have the docs but need to upload them into a chart. It honestly feels like that shouldn’t take 2 weeks to do and you’d rather screw around and ignore patients that are trying to be proactive with their healthcare.
