Received multiple last minute scheduling emails with no one checking my availability. Trying to charge frivolously for delivery fees and storage fees even though the delays are caused by the company. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

Liars. Multiple lies. Contracted through AJ Madison (don’t shop AJ in LA w this company). They were supposed to install and lied said they weren’t. Aj Madison said $120 for revisit Argued for that Came back out and said they didn’t have time for all the appliances and left. And banged up the dishwasher with no recourse! Now arguing w aj Madison for a refund of that. Came back and the only item they installed (hooking up a refrigerator water line) is now broken- I have to go through AJ Madison to have a repair done by Frigida... read more

I should give them zero stars! They’ve been holding my delivery for 17 days with “no routes” coming to my area. Literally not coming this way “indefinitely”. I keep being told to “sit and wait” for notification of a scheduled delivery day. No one knows anything. No one can answer a simple question. They won’t let me pick it up. Very poorly run delivery service.

Had delivery, this morning, from the Pico Rivera distribution point. Everything went flawlessly. Received both a text message and an e-mail, yesterday, with an option to confirm the proposed delivery window, which I accepted. Today, I was able to track delivery on a map, through the link that was included in the previous e-mail. Received automated phone message when truck was 20 minutes away. Both delivery gents were kind, courteous, and professional. Overall, a great experience!

They do not even try to deliver. Charge you extra fee for redelivery. Customer service is located in Philippines! Drivers lies about trying to contact you for delivery.
