Very friendly and prompt. Received a call back right away and listened to what you had to say and helped in anyway to answer your questions. Very quick to get things going to help my dad get in contact with a Dr whom specializes in Alzheimers and was put on meds to help slow down the profession and stop the hallucinations. Things so far have been going really well. Thanks to the very rapid action from all at the Alzheimer's society of Elgin-St Thomas. Thanks so much for everything!
