Our entire experience while prom dress shopping for my daughter, start to finish, was incredible. We went in the fall but it was so early, she wasn't sure what she wanted so we hit the brakes until after Christmas. Her, her sister and myself went in and she found her perfect dress. The girls working in there were amazing. They confidently knew what they were doing and were so professional but at the same time made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I recently had a bridal appointment at the Sydney location with Hannah. I cannot recommend her service enough. She was kind, genuine, and incredibly helpful in locating a style I liked, and there was zero pressure to rush into a decision or purchase that day, which I very much appreciated. It was an excellent first bridal experience, all thanks to Hannah!
