I recently had a bridal appointment at the Sydney location with Hannah. I cannot recommend her service enough. She was kind, genuine, and incredibly helpful in locating a style I liked, and there was zero pressure to rush into a decision or purchase that day, which I very much appreciated. It was an excellent first bridal experience, all thanks to Hannah!
Well, I rarely put negative comments on a business, but I was so upset with my experience.. well, lack of experience, that I couldn't help it. People should know the good, bad, and ugly. I phoned the Sydney store and spoke to Hannah. Had a great chat and set an appt. She suggested I msg her boss with dress ideas so they could send some dresses for me to try.
