We had a recent dress emergency after an online order mishap. Robin at Alyssa’s took us last minute, spent time with my daughter letting her try on dresses until we found the perfect one! They have so much selection, I would highly recommend!

I recently had a bridal appointment at the Sydney location with Hannah. I cannot recommend her service enough. She was kind, genuine, and incredibly helpful in locating a style I liked, and there was zero pressure to rush into a decision or purchase that day, which I very much appreciated. It was an excellent first bridal experience, all thanks to Hannah!
Well, I rarely put negative comments on a business, but I was so upset with my experience.. well, lack of experience, that I couldn't help it. People should know the good, bad, and ugly. I phoned the Sydney store and spoke to Hannah. Had a great chat and set an appt. She suggested I msg her boss with dress ideas so they could send some dresses for me to try. I bought my wedding dress here. Customer service is great! Hannah was very helpful, friendly and accomodating. Thank you for your help finding the perfect dress! Definitely reccomended!
