Amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming — special thanks to Sophie at reception and Olivia in the restaurant for making our visit feel extra special. And Ericka is truly a massage goddess! The Nordic massage is absolutely outstanding and heightens all your senses. Highly recommend!
Loved the spa facilities, but I am writing this review as a warning for folks with trauma who need/prefer a female massage therapist. If you book a massage online and select your gender preference for a therapist, it's hit or miss that will receive the gender of your choice. Two times our party selected a female practitioner and received a male therapist. One time, I was assigned a female (my preference). So... I finally got to go. I can say that it was, without a doubt, worth all the trouble and bs I had to put up with that day. This was a trip with co-field-worker-friends that had been set up. We were supposed to drive out together, but I didn't put the correct date in my calendar, so I'm thinking it's NEXT week and wake up, you guessed it, late!
