Every time I have had a problem on my internet, and called to have it solved, it has been taken care of within a few hours. If they can't solve it online, they have sent their repair person out this time before 3 pm to replace a cord to router. I am VERY satisfied with their service as well as their office personnel. Everyone is so nice and pleasant as well as I can talk to a person each each time. Thank you ! Always On!
Responsive, friendly. Showed up and cleared up a cable that blew off in the windstorm. Highly recommended as a provider.
