Manager/owner was absolutely vicious while knowingly dealing with a bereaved customer who was not being rude or taking up any extraordinary amount of time. Individual who passed didn't leave a card on file (who accepts dogs without getting that?!?!) and the owner threatened to re-home dogs after arrangements took less than 2 days to make. Yard for dogs was incredibly small for the *several* dozen dogs running around meaning there would be nowhere for a nervous pup to be apart from the chaos and relax.
This is the greatest place. Great staff. Great concept. Overall, we love Always Unleashed.
