Cortney was an incredible proctor. She explained everything thoroughly and was very kind. She also wasn’t afraid to just chat a little and be social in general, which was nice considering for some, becoming certified can be a daunting experience. Cortney made the experience comfortable and enjoyable, while still giving you everything you needed to know and preparing you for cpr and basic first aid.
Cortney was awesome and thorough without wasting a lot of time. The facility is clean, easy to find, and the equipment is well-maintained. Great experience!
Very easy to register. Cortney was super-friendly and informative! She gave many tips I’d never been taught in over 20 years as a nurse. Highly recommend her!!!
