Courtney is a wonderful instructor. She is very informative, easy to talk to and walks you through everything. She gives appropriate feedback and allows you extra time to practice or ask questions if needed. Absolutely no need to be anxious or worry about doing the hands on portion of testing with her. Highly recommend her!

Cortney Sharp was exactly that- Sharp! She greeted my wife and I with a happy smile, chit chat, and then verbally outlined our curriculum. She answered all our questions before we started the hands on part of the CPR/AED training. The training was awesome! Very professional and she has a sense of humor. Location was easy to find and very clean. I highly recommend Always Prepared CPR and Cortney!

Cortney Sharp has been my instructor for years! She is super nice and knowledgeable. If you are looking to learn and know to perform CPR take her class. It’s very important and refreshing to touch up on these skills. You will feel very welcomed and comfortable during your session!

Cortney is hands down the best instructor. She was professional, patient and not afraid to also have a little fun with our crazy group. She answered any questions we had, she gave great feedback/recommendations and went above and beyond to help us feel more prepared if we were ever in an emergency situation.
