If I could leave zero stars I would. I just needed a ride home from my cataract surgery, but I had to have a phone number to give the Eye Center for my pick up. I told the guy clearly I just needed a ride home. I had to sit and wait quite a while for my ride when I called the office. Forever grateful! Lloyd (owner) and different (Lloyd) driver. I don't know who to begin to thank you. My mom needed to be transferred to memory care and was very agitated. They kept in communication with us (family) the entire step of the way. They got her there safely and handled the agitation very well. They were 100% reliable and outstanding service. At the last minute (one day's notice), we needed transportation to a medical procedure. Lloyd answered all my questions when I first called and then later spoke with Kelly to book the ride. They were able to accommodate a very very early morning ride and Neffi, our driver, was a rockstar. An unexpected complication came up regarding our appointment, nothing to do with Always On Time, and they were so accommodating and understanding and available (very early morning). Thank you so much!!!
