We moved from Iowa to NC. The movers were nice and worked hard but we had several damaged pieces and received a check for $500 to cover a damaged sofa, leather office chair, side table, sofa table, and washer & dryer. Now can you repair those items for $500. I don’t think so! We had lots of items placed in storage and I cringe at the thoughts of what we might find when we unload it. Unpacking we keep finding more damaged pieces. Awful!
So far this has not been a good experience. We ordered a hospital bed and it would not fit into the apartment so we asked them to store it. I have called them a half a dozen times and they have not returned my call. We are expecting them to move us the first part of April. I am not sure why they refuse to call us and give us some peace about moving
These guys knocked it out of the park. They were on time, careful with my possessions and making sure not to damage walls, etc. They were professional but also personable. The crew were all very hard workers and were not crawling around running up the clock. The final bill came in under the estimate. Highly recommend this locally owned business!
Although they were an hour late(they did call), these three guys worked their butts off!! It was 90° but Ty, James & Yeshuwa did a fantastic job. We ended up with a couple extra pcs of furniture needing to go. Don't know how, but Ty got it all in and even had a little bit more room. We were VERY pleased with the quality of the work.
