Like a post here, I received a Live Check butno good without a code. Called .. told need id with check to confirm proof of income, given email address. The whole time dealing with someone named Jessica. A total hassle. You knew when I forwarded you my proof the first time whether my income was acceptable. A constant back and forth for nothing. Who sends someone a blank email and when questioned no response? When Called just nasty! Employed or Self employed truly not worth it
I've used Always Money Leeds a couple of times but this will be my last time using them. For someone who have never missed a payment, they will call and call and calll you during your working hours and leave voicemails about your upcoming payment. I understand 100% this reminder is necessary, however, have it online where the customer can schedule their payment. Saves time for the associate AND the customer. They tell you to set up Auto Pay, but everytime I am set up on Auto Pay they take DOUBLE payments, Every. Single. Time... read more
