Update to their response: I went because I was having fit issues. I wanted to see about larger domes maybe, especially in one ear because it keeps popping out, or retention wires. They wouldn't talk about it - I didn't get either one. I did ask about a setting on my phone while I was there since they set it up, obviously I didn't get that information either. Felicia is the best!! She takes such great care of my grandmother. She is so honest, patient, kind, and gave the best care a provider could possibly give. The moment I walked into the office I felt at home. She really does make you feel like family. I brought my grandfather and grandmother to see her and she evaluated both of them. My grandfather had no loss and she told him his hearing was great. My grandmother did have a really bad loss and believe me, we all knew it. We could hear her television from outside the house. they have not called us back after leaving several messages, a bit disappointed . My husband still can not hear even with his hearing aids in.
