The wire going to the receiver on one of my Phonak Audeo hearing aids broke last week when I was on a boat offshore in the Gulf of Maine. I easily got in touch with Always Listening when I was close enough to shore for cell service. Staff were quite cordial and scheduled me for an appointment soon after I got in to port. They fixed hearing aid, which surprisingly was still under warranty, for a co-pay of $50 within 20 minutes. Very pleased to be able to hear and be back on the water. Highly recommend Always Listening.
They are hard to reach by phone but very helpful
Warm and friendly people . I felt very much at ease and never pressured or unease because I didn't understand a few things . The doctor then took the time to carefully explain things again in a different way which was easier for me to understand . I am very blessed that I found this incredible lady with such a caring heart. Love you all .
