They are hard to reach by phone but very helpful
Warm and friendly people . I felt very much at ease and never pressured or unease because I didn't understand a few things . The doctor then took the time to carefully explain things again in a different way which was easier for me to understand . I am very blessed that I found this incredible lady with such a caring heart. Love you all .
Amazing. I had an issue on an off day and they got back to me inside of a few minutes and worked everything out. Amazing!
Update to their response: I went because I was having fit issues. I wanted to see about larger domes maybe, especially in one ear because it keeps popping out, or retention wires. They wouldn't talk about it - I didn't get either one. I did ask about a setting on my phone while I was there since they set it up, obviously I didn't get that information either. I'm very upset about the whole thing. There's no excuse for the way they treated me. And I didn't even mention the visit to pick up the hearing aids where she yelled at ... read more
