Round Lake Beach was excellent in the service it provided.
rented a car from them and a month after i returned it I was getting contacted by the Illinois tollway for charges that were made 2 weeks after i returned the car instead of looking up the account on the car and seeing who rented they said were not going to do anything about it we had to make copies of our contract and a copy of the tolls we were being charged for and submit it to the tollway system very very poor customer service
The rental experience was wonderful I would refer them to anyone.
