He was prompt and very polite. Showed me as he checked for problems; did not try to push unnecessary projects. I would recommend him highly .
Installed four new bathroom faucets and fixed a kitchen drain leak. Very nice work, cleanup, and fair pricing. The only complaint, a very minor one, is that they arrived after the promised time for both the estimate and to do the actual work. Not a big deal, but maybe just revisit their procedures for promising arrival times. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied with the job.

Great people to work with. Put us on their schedule very quickly and showed up on time for service call. Things were more complicated than we first thought but they worked through all of the issues diligently and with a pleasant attitude. They fixed everything and kept to the price they had bid. Very honorable and honest.
